The duration of students' classes has always been a topic of discussion, especially for university students. Compared to the past, today's university students not only have to face broader and deeper curricula, particularly in the case of UTAR students, but their daily class hours have also significantly increased compared to 30 to 40 years ago. In the worst-case scenario, classes can seamlessly extend from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with perhaps intermittent one-hour breaks in between. However, this one-hour break is barely enough time for students to queue for elevators, walk to specific locations, queue again to purchase food and drinks, and make payments. Finding parking spaces has always been a headache and a problem  that Malaysians need to face. It not only disrupts the traffic flow but also wastes time. I believe many people have experienced this. The reasons are varied, but it is undeniable that mental health issues among students play a significant role in these tragedies.  However, UTAR has not taken sufficient and effective action regarding the mental well-being of students.
